IsleCall Communications has solutions for customer contact centers. We provide short-term termination over SIP for customers with their own SIP-based PBXs and dialers, or we can provide solutions that meet the needs of call centers. We offer custom built PBX systems as well as predictive dialers and inbound/ACD call management solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. Systems can be run virtually, on physical hardware, or a combination of both. Most of our systems are based on open-source with commercial support available, to provide a solution that is optimized for organizational needs while remaining budget friendly.

As an carrier-neutral service provider, we can provide SIP trunks over any suitable Internet conection. This provides the ability to leverage mutiple connections for maximum uptime. Our edge session border controllers can handle WAN failover options and media handling. We support most common codecs, including G711u and G729.
