Our privacy policy is simple and straight forward - we will not rent, sell or otherwise provide your information to a third party unless the law requires it, or except as required to provide services to you (i.e. providing your location information to a public safety PSAP for E911 service).

We maintain safeguards to protect your information against misuse and have written policies and procedures to ensure that your information is only accessed by our staff as needed to service your account. Access to your call records or other call information will be used only with your permission and to provide billing and accounting.

Unless you request otherwise, we may contact you via email or phone regarding marketing efforts or promotions within our own company. this may include both IsleCall Communications as well as Ewart Technologies, Inc.

Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies to provide functionality in using our website. For example, when you login we use cookies to manage your session data and, optionally, to remember your login for future visits. This is controllable from the login page.

Further, we may utilize our web analytics software to monitor visitor trends. This data is not correlated with user logins, and all analytical data is kept within our organization – we do not use third-party analytics software that may cause privacy concerns to our customers. We also do not data mine information in our systems for sales or marketing purposes.

Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. SMS Messaging, Emails and Phone Calls
Our service includes the use of SMS messaging, emails and automated phone calls to provide notifications to our customers. Customers are required to opt-in to receiving messages via a web registration form on www.islemessage.com. At any time, customers can opt our of receiving emails or SMS messages. We will make reasonable efforts to remove your contacts from our system as quickly as possible, however its possible that already queued messages may be delivered after we remove your information. We have no desire to contact anyone who does not wish to receive our messages and will make good faith efforts to avoid doing so.

For users of our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (other than their login name). Our support staff can also see and manage that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
